Karen has over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist; a graduate of John F. Kennedy University specializing in transpersonal psychology and psychodynamic theory, now rooted in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy. She is currently a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress management, effective communication skills and work place issues.
